This place was bought by "Planet Hollywood" in 2012 and has gone downhill since.\r
Ordered hot tea. Don't have tea bags. Ordered decaf coffee came out spilled all over saucer. Asked for draft beer got a warm (I mean very warm) glass. Asked for ice tea. Was told they don't have any glasses (we were looking at glasses lined up at the bar). Asked for bread. Said they don't have any. ordered salad. Wilted old lettuce drenched in dressing.\r
Ordered chicken stuffed with manicotte for dinner. Burnt on outside. Cold, pink, raw on inside. \r
At this point we ordered the manager. Apologies, apologies. Took the chicken off the bill wanted to replace it. We declined. Manager got us canolli's. The pastry was stale & inside was runny (like they threw it together real fast).
