The food is great -- the service is awful!!!
I went with a group of friends for dinner and appetizers. They would not let us sit outside unless we were ordering full dinner. Some of our group decided they wanted dinner and they still would not let us sit outside. They completely lost my business, however, when some of the wait staffs' friends asked to sit outside to order DRINKS ONLY and were told that was fine. At this point, we left and the waitress said ""whatever"". Granted, we were aggravated at that point, but good customer service means you smile and say you're sorry -- not ""whatever"". We were more than happy to spend our money elsewhere. In fact, the pub across the street got $150 that night!!! I work at a large company and am telling as many people as I can not to go to this restaurant.
Pros: good food
Cons: horrible service, rude waitress
