Review content:
I recently rented a helium tank for balloons for my daughter's graduation party. I called and reserved it on a Tuesday, and called back at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday to confirm. When I called they said I had already picked it up. Apparently another organization had called to inquire about one, but didn't reserve it. However, another member of the organization stopped by and said they were there to pick up the tank they had reserved. Being there was only one, they thought it was me and let it go. When I called and they realized they had been mistaken, they graciously apologized, took my phone number and said they would call me right back. And they did... five minutes later. They apologized again and said they had ordered an additional tank and it would be there that very evening. He said if the company was unable to deliver it, he would go pick it up himself!
Pros: Excellent friendly service, willing to order anything they don't already have
Cons: Sometimes has limited stock of items because store is small
