We would like to express our thanks for replacing the heater that you installed last April 30th. At that time the wrong size was installed. The problems that caused this did not really come to light until cold weather arrived this winter. Patrick diagnosed the error when he responded to our call this January. Mistakes like that should not happen but they do. What is important is how you respond and correct it. We have given your company considerable business the past three or four years. Faucet installations, two air conditioning units, supply line replacements plus plumbing leaks. We also extend special thanks to Patrick, Dave, Anthony, and Chris for the professional manner they display while performing their tasks. I worked forty years with one company and held several management positions Thanks again for standing behind your work. We will continue to call Berck's for our plumbing needs.
