Review content:
I am an incredibly critical person who is not easily impressed with appearances and empty words. Being a psychologist, I am also quite adept at smelling inauthenticity from miles away. With that said, Michael and his staff are simply incredible. They take pride in their work and they cultivate a quiet sense of inner trust in their costumers. They treat all of the animals as their babies.
They listened and spent an incredible amount of time helping me and my partner select the right puppy for us. In little time, we found our match (a little cavapoo we named peanut). Peanut is the most loving puppy and we are so happy with our guided decision and with our healthy and jovial puppy.
When peanut arrived, Michael and his staff spent time with us going over how to work with our baby's temperament and guided us through some basic house training. They provided us with the all the breeders information that we requested and were patient with my endless questions and anxious concerns. Michael abated all of my anxieties and has even given me his cell phone number in case I had further concerns or questions after hours; truly making us feel like family.
The Bayside animal clinic that they set us up with was a very positive experience as well. On my way back from the vet, it was raining and I just remembered I needed more wee wee pads. I called Michael and he came out to my car with wee wee pads for peanut and with a treat! Now where are you going to get such amazing love and service? vanity pups in my opinion is the only place to go if you want to ensure you get a healthy puppy and excellent service.
We cant wait to go back and show our little peanut to Michael and Melanie!
