HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. While reading the other review I can only imagine that this person is an employee of rebel place. Rebel place is just as horrible as rebel housing if not worse. Calling it student housing is the first problem. I myself am a very active member of the student body and HARDLY SEE ANY STUDENTS HERE. Most residents are not students. THE GROUNDS ARE DISGUSTING with trash, urine, and vomit all to often a sight. The apartment I received was DIRTY AND RUN DOWN when I moved in. They refused to clean it and said it was my issue now. Things constantly break and maintenance is slow to come fix things. The staff are rude and unhelpful, the ""new manager"" is a joke. Security is still an issue, have had friends CARS KEYED AND VANDALIZED in the parking lot even though they have ""security"". There little rent a cops do nothing for the residents. If I could make one recommendation about rebel place it would be to not even consider it as a living location. A box under the freeway would be a more welcoming home.
