I will never step foot into Montana Import Group again. With the cutthroat sales culture there, if you have already spoke to someone before, then apparently no one else can help you. I came in ready to spend $30,000 on a specific vehicle and stood at the front door for over 15 minutes waiting for Helen to come help me. The receptionist paged her 3x stating ""Customer Waiting"" and I stood there while I watched other sales people stand around twiddling their thumbs doing nothing.
