Review content:
I called Done in 1 Painting for an estimate for interior painting and crown molding. Ron (Chief Problem Solver) comes over to model and we agree on a price. Just prior to when job is to start, I meet with Bill (VP of Operations) at model to confirm what the crown molding will look like and he confirms it will look just like model. They send me agreement to sign and we confirm price again and the start date. The next day Ron calls me and says he has a problem. Crown molding will cost four times what he quoted if I want it just like the model. He then tells me it can be quite a bit cheaper if he uses a different material and it will still look very similiar to what's in the model but he has to research the product and he will get back to me with a new cost by the end of the next day. Well, he never called back, nor did Bill. What company gives a customer a price for work to be done, has them sign the agreement, return it and THEN goes to research the cost of the materials needed?!?!
