Review content:
The staff broke off 2 switches and knobs from my washer. The cost to replace it is $373.00. When I informed the company, I was advised because I did not purchase the more expensive insurance, it would only be reimbursed at 60 cents per pound= less than $60.00 it's insane that I would need to purchase insurance to cover their staff. This wasn't mentioned when I booked. I felt sorry for the guy who broke it was concerned he may lose his job. So I gave a nice review, he assured me the cost for the washer would be reimbursed. I found the workers tried to take their time, as the rates are hourly; they tried to make long conversations. There were 2 workers. I advise you to stay with them at all times, because if you don't they go as slow as possible. One ripped a hole in the plastic cover for my mattress. He took 10 minutes to tape up the hole. I finally told him it was enough. Don't use this company. Total rip off, sadly theres no integrity.
