Finally, a local, owner-operated business for printing supplies and office electronics! Where you can call the owner and get a replacement delivered to your door, if necessary. Big-box stores are OK for some things but generally, I hate them (see my Walmart review). Monarch is the place we go to for toners and printer cartridges. Real good prices and awesome, friendly customer service. They usually sell to schools and businesses but even if you buy one cartridge at a time (like we mostly do), service is quick and impeccable. Oh, the times when all businesses were like this (if it ever existed)...
Pros: Good friendly and personal service, low prices
