Review content:
Rude service. Outdated jewelry. Bad smell inside the store. The store assistant was nice but unprofessional. The owner of the store sounded professional in her knowledge but quite impatient in her voice when it came to showing not just one item but several. Not my choice of a store. After seeing them greeting and assisting an return client in front of me i felt that their business is holding up because of those people who come back to this store for some years. I felt they were not interested in new customers. Well, good luck then as there are plenty of beautiful and more professional stores in US where i can buy jewelry and get much better service. By the way, this store does not provide with a certificate for your purchase (with description of what you buy). They offer to spend extra money for an appraisal but i found that crazy. As a seller they should know what they sell to you and certificate with description should not be costing another $50-70. Here is thinking - if they do not want to give me a certificate then how do i know that what they sell is a true item? At least all other stores always gave me a certificate (in US and overseas) for free along with a receipt of purchase (even if it was not a custom made item or even if it was just a platinum or gold bracelet it would simply state the item description, color and metal quality). I found that strange at the Snow's. I do not think this store would be my choice for shopping ever again.
