Thank you so much for moving Heaven and Earth to get me a wedding gown that I loved. I called Stars just 10 days before my July 4th wedding after I was let down by another dress shop who had ordered the wrong size dress for me and then did nothing to solve the problem. As soon as I called and spoke to Hope, I knew everything would be o.k. She checked with JoAnne and then called me back and told me to come in right away. That afternoon, I found myself at Stars looking at 4 gorgeous gowns that JoAnne had selected for me. They were all beautiful, but as soon as I tried on the very first one, I knew it was meant to be! The dress was perfect for me, but would need alterations, and we had just 10 days until the wedding. Plus, I had not yet seen the price tag on the gown. I was too afraid to ask, but when JoAnne told me the price I could not believe my ears ? the dress was in mu budget, and I would also be able to purchase a veil to go with the gown.
Hope and JoAnne were absolutely wonderful, but now the dress had to be altered, I wanted a halter strap created, and we had just 10 days. I can?t say enough about the work that Mina did for me on this dress. She created a custom halter strap to match the dress and altered it in all the right places ? and she did it on time, as promised. She is a miracle worker, in my book.
My experience with Stars was fantastic from start to finish. Many other dress shops (and businesses in general) could learn a lot from the way that the staff at Stars treats customers. I highly recommend Stars to anyone looking for formal wear. The selection, customer service, price, and alterations are top notch.
