Review content:
I had a collection account on my credit report that was held by Apollo Credit Agency. I knew I owed the money and I was finally able to pay it. I called and everybody that I spoke with was very friendly so I was surprised to see all of these negative reviews.
Even after my payment was verified and the manager hung up with me, I realized that I hadn't received a confirmation number or updated my address, so I called back. They directed me to the same person and she was very grateful that I had called.
I have been avoiding all debt collectors like the plague for years and I know how bad they all can be. Now I am finally in a position to pay the money that I owe and Apollo was very willing to take it from me.
