Review content:
The agents that I have spoken with are rude, unwilling to listen, very negative, and completely have no telephone skills to deal with people at all. I will leave this debt on my credit until the day I die. They will never get a dime out of, a person calling and willing to pay a bad debt. I will file chapter 7 just so they never get a penny. You would think a company that earns its money by collecting debts would be a little more negotiable and not so dang rude. I called them wanting to pay the debt on my credit report in full, not more money then what was on the credit report. I agree with the last review, they are crooks. The better business administration should investigate this outfit. I feel sorry for any of you who had a crises in there lives and fell behind on bills. It is the worst nightmare to deal with credit agency's like this one. There is no words for a company like this. I have negotiated with many other credit agency's and got treated like a human being and little respect. This company has know idea how to collect a debt.

Cons: Feel sorry for anyone that has deal with them
