Most of you must have spoke to Carol Keen, he is a total ass. I spoke with Rick and he got everything handled quick and worked with me on payments. Carol just wanted me to pay right then and there, and he wanted me to get someone in my family to pay it for me. I hated talking to him so I just told them that I was not going to pay them if I had to speak with that grumpy ass old guy. After that I never had to hear his name again and they got me where I needed to be and now my credit has been finally figured out!!!!!!
