This agency has engaged in multiple illegal practices (threatening jail time, threatening to seize assets not in my name, calling me at work) and are incredibly rude and disrespectful. My medical insurance company has already agreed to pay the original bill, but Apollo continues to harass me.
I strongly suggest any place looking to employ at debt collector look elsewhere. If you are a target of this agency, carefully document their words and behavior and know your rights. They won't honor your rights if you don't push back.

lets talk facts.... It sounds like they already issued a summons for court (which they do) for this debt, second.. even if your insurance is supposed to pay, if they do not in a timely manner you are liable. When they get a default judgment against you they can seize assets, call your work, and even issue interrogitories to you. If you ignore the interroggs a warrant can be issued for your arrest and you can go to jail.Also how did you get a job there if you had bad credit?

Yes they will take your 100 payments, I had a west metro fire bill there and they took my payments for 10mons till paid in full. Despite their title, They are one of the resonable agencys to deal with. Word to the wise.. Speak kind and get the same in return.

You should listen to your self.Any way sending this to a couple of agencies To find out if this is legal Remember check my wall on all finds of Apollo.Knowledge is a powerful tool.Also know your rights if violated you report them Don't know where ask the governor of Colorado they do respond to emails.
