Review content:
Called Chaffee to set up an appointment for foot pain. The receptionist was very helpful! I was able to schedule an appoinment the same day, He took my insurance information over the phone, and I was able to pull up the required paper work for the visit off their website. When I walked into the office I was able to be seen right away without much of a wait at all... that in itself was huge! The MA who called me back was very thorough and really nice. The doctor was just as nice, he took his time and helped me to understand what he felt was going on with the pain. Since the visit the pain has resolved. Chaffee Family Physicians is and will be my primary care. Thank you for the great experience and putting me at ease about my health!
