This is the worst vision center I have been to! It has been 2 1/2 months since my first visit with them and I still don't have the contacts I ordered and paid for. To be fair, this whole saga took place during the holidays but after my last contact check a month ago they told me they would call me when my contacts arrived and I am still waiting for that call.
My first appointment was with the aforementioned Dr. T who was seriously creepy and unprofessional. I also was lectured about nutrition and homeopathic medicine. At one point he told me that my quality of life would be poor until a naturopath started treating me.
The second doctor I saw was better but was old fashioned. He wouldn't let me take out my own contacts and managed to scratch my eye while he fumbled about to get the contact out.
There is nothing good about this office; the doctors are bad, the staff is incompetent, the actual office is disgusting. If you have any choice, go somewhere else.
