Review content:
The sandwiches are your standard Subway sandwiches. Customer service, for what they are capable of providing with what they are given, is good. The reason I give this particular store a 1 star review is because every single time we've gone in there (usually during the lunch or dinner rush) there is one single employee working. The line reaches from the counter all the way back to the door and the poor lone person working there takes a beating from the grumpy people waiting for the employee to do the job of at least 2-3 people. The management there throws their employees to the wolves in not properly scheduling the appropriate number of employees to run this business. They are in a good location and get a lot of business which you would think they'd want to staff properly to serve the large number of people they see daily. I've been there to witness many people walking out due to the time it takes for one person to make sandwiches, toast them, add veggies and sauce, wrap them up, wring up the patron, don a new pair of gloves and start working on the next persons order... not to mention answering the phone, having the computer system go down and having to restock all of the supplies all by themselves. I do not, in any way, fault the poor employee thrown in there by himself. This is purely a management flaw that has a simple correction. Either they are horrible at their jobs and are blind to the most obvious and easily fixable error or they are so money hungry in not wanting to pay the salary of a second employee that they just don't care. Either way, they've lost my family's business and after waiting that long for a sub they'll likely lose yours too.
