Review content:
This is the facility for you if you want your loved ones ignored and neglected at a cost to the insurance and family members. My Mother was placed in this Skilled Nursing Facility (recovery health care center) by her doctor after a fall that resulted in bruised and broken ribs and her stay at a regular hospital was no longer required. (she is 81 yrs old). Since entering the facility my mother has endured a non-working airconditioner in her room, sub-par meals, and allowed to soil herself because the nurses aid did not or could not respond to her call button and light. Therapy was prescribed by her doctor on a daily basis. My mother has been in the care facility for 5 days to date and has only received therapy twice. This will result in my mothers stay being extended.
