I was told by the woman who works here that they clean hats...and she promised me they would be cleaned properly and reshaped, so I gave them 2 of my very best winter white vintage hats to clean. Not only were they not ready on time..but they were wet and not shaped when I went to pick them up. she apologized and told me to return in a few days which I did. When I went back the second time...they were dry..but not shaped and they looked like he had thrown them in the washing machine to clean them. Again...a apology and I was asked to come back a 3rd time to give him time to redo and shape them....I even went home and brought back 2 wig heads to help them shape them better. Now for the best part. I went back yesterday to pick them up and the Man who works there YELLED at me for complaing about the bad job he has done and my hats STILL look like HELL. I asked nicely to speak to the woman who assured me they would be done properly and she would not come to the front to speak to me, instead he yelled at me to GET OUT and never even tried to rectify the hat situation. If he had just acknowledged his mistake and tried to rectify the situation all would have been well ..but instead they chose to tell me to ""get out"" and ignored the fact that my hats are ruined. I am looking for a Milner now to fix my hats...(if anyone knows of a place that makes or fixes hats I would love the info)
