I would like to single out someone who I feel put forth an extraordinary effort at Trades Unlimited, John B. I was most impressed with him from the start. I received four bids for my project, and of all the sales people who called on me, John was the most thorough. He carefully inspected my roof taking the time to explain all that would be done over the course of the job. Once the job was underway, he didn't disappear but was on site at least once a day to check on progress.
