Overall this is a good dry-cleaners, but I have had some almost tragic incidents with them (shirts returned with broken straps, an almost missing shirt, a busted zipper), but they always seem to recover. I have had many items cleaned here and a low percentage of ""issues"". I have brought some expensive one of a kind pieces, though and have had no issues at all. They have removed stains from several cocktail/bridesmaids dresses with no trouble. I would not recommend their alteration service, though.
Pros: fast, convenient
Cons: not always consistent
