I would never recommend taking anything of value to this dry cleaner. If you want something done cheaply and done well, take it to Seville Cleaners...they can do a basic press or dry clean in no time and they have a flat rate.
Because I had some more expensive items, I decided to try out this place. They state that they have ""20 years experience"". It seems to be the motto. I did not see that shine through when they ruined a designer dress and refused to compensate me or even refund my money.
I know that you cannot expect your dry cleaner to have great communication skills, but not even speaking English is taking it a step too far. I only expected that they do their job and do it well, as they told me they would with all of their years of experience. I have to say that it is partially my fault because the place felt like a sweat-shop and I'm not sure why I entrusted one of my favorite dresses to them, but they should at least compensate me for ruining it...
This took a great deal of time from my week and left me without a great dress.
Bottom Line: They charge and promise a lot more than they deliver.
