STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!\r
I recieved services last year for a cleaning. Was told i needed work on a couple fillings and a crown. The billing department ASSURED me that they will check to make sure I was eligible with my insurance. \r
I had the procedures done and made my copayments as indicated. 3 months later I received a $400+ bill from Sunstone Dental stating my insurance did not pay for my crown because of a waiting period. \r
I called Sunstone Dental and they stated that my insurance told them I was eligible to have that service done. After ALOT of my time and energy with phone calls, my insurance company reviewed my case with the Appeals department and found my Dentists office was at FAULT. They had a recorded tape stating they told SUNSTONE DENTAL i was NOT eligible for the crown.\r
They decided not to tell me this so I would be stuck with the bill. I refused to pay and they sent me to collections. Becasue i do not want my credit ruined. I paid it and it was 500+ for fees.\r
THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY. SCAMMERS!! STAY FAR AWAY!!\r
