I brought my laptop in to be fixed because all of my pictures and documents were on the hard drive and my laptop wouldn't start up. The guys at Best Buy told me that they couldn't get my information off of my hard drive so I tried Cyber Knight, to see what they said. They got all of my information back and were really helpful. They also explained what part of the laptop broke and fixed it for me. If you need your computer repaired, you should check them out.
