Review content:
Old Man Raffertery's is a favorite amongst locals in New Brunswick. It's quite popular with the J&J crowd as well as the Rutgers students and staff. The food is classic American fare with a little pizzaz. If you're in the mood for burgers, chicken wings, a club sandwitch or a good crock of french onion soup this is the place. If it's a working lunch your best bet is to bring your boss with you so you don't get in trouble for being out of the office for 2 hours. They don't take reservations and the kitchen can get backlogged on weekday lunches (it's also packed on weekend nights.) Overall it's a nice place with good food and a convenient location to meet up with friends or coworkers.
Pros: good American food, great burgers, full bar
Cons: slow service, wait to get a table
