Nam was hired by the flooring company to lay hardwood floor in 3 rooms, hall & foyer. The job was a constant irritant - sections had to be done over, then done over. Sections of flooring have come loose in every room in several places. He ignored the first request to return to fix the problems. He came back after receiving a letter to fix it or go to court. When he returned with a worker, his plan was to nail thru the wood & cover the nailheads with filler. The flooring owner & I told him it needed to be fixed right or go to court. After both of us tried to reason with him & come to an agreement, he chose not to fix it and go to court. He and his worker very very rude, disrespectful, so they were asked to leave. A court date is set.
