If possible I would not give him even a one star rating. When I call James he quoted me $55 service fee to find out what was wrong with our refrigerator. Once he was here he found there was a freon leak but refused to fix it due to 'ethical' reasons, freon depletes the ozone and he doesn't want that on his conscience. He then charged me the $55 and an additional Labor fee of $35. When I asked if the leak can be fixed he said no, but when I called other companies they all said it can typically be fixed. He was pompous, arrogant, rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. We hired him to fix our refrigerator, not to give us a guilt trip about the ozone. Now I have to pay someone else the service charge/labor/etc. to come do the job we hired hime to do.
