Review content:
I have used Dr. Grady's office for my eye care needs for years. The only reason I continue to return is that he is the only doctor in Lake Jackson who handles Toric lenses (on my insurance, anyway).
One visit I went in because my eye was red, puffy, and in pain. The nurse could not find a reason for these symptoms so she called in Dr. Grady. He necer acknowledged my presence, and instead went on to explain that ""the patient probably wears her contacts too long and it's caused irritation. I'm sure she's one of those that sleeps in the lenses and doesn't ever change them."" Now, I've worn contacts for the past 10+ years and I know better than to sleep in my lenses. It wasn't until I spoke up that he finally acknowledged me.
This year I've decided to find another doctor, even if I have to go out of town.
Pros: Only staff that handles toric lenses in LJ
Cons: Rude doctor, long wait time
