Word of mouth advertising brought us to Chad Decker. His reputation and quality did not disappoint. When we first approached Chad, we had less than 6 months to get our home constructed. Our previous home had sold and we did not want to go through the hassle of moving twice and living in temporary housing. Chad built our 4400 square foot home on schedule and we were able to move in our new home the same day we moved out of our other home. Chad had briefed all of his wonderful subcontractors about our situation and scheduled everyone ahead of time to make sure the deadline was met. Even with the quick build time, do not think for one second that any short cuts were taken in quality or detail. That is just not Chad
