Forest Manor HHC is a commercial business located in rural Frelinghuysen Township, New Jersey. There are no municipal services like hospital/police/fire or even a library! Facility is expanding and will face many big problems like failing septic system....the odor overwhelmed us. Staff cannot take care of residents depending upon volunteers...husband of Church member required daily time-long visits. staff cannot take care of immense property and wandering residents...I'm tired of visits from NJ State Police.
