My husband bought an incredibly fancy and expensive thermostat. Of course, we were unable to install it ourselves and ended up having a huge marital dispute over it that lasted weeks and weeks. Finally, we called Hussey Bros. to come in and install the thermostat for us, which turned out to be far less inexpensive then counseling would have been.
Unfortunately, it turned out that the husband was correct. I had to admit my mistake in front of the two technicians. However, they were very diplomatic and polite about it. They didn't laugh at me or make me feel insignificant. Although they did mark it in their calendars for the record, since it was the first time in history that the wife was wrong!
They were fantastic and did a great job! We'd absolutely use them again.
