this property has the potential of a resort lifestyle, however, there is a bird infestation that flies over the property continuously, daily. The birds leave drippings so bad that you cannot enjoy your patios. The apts advertise no pets, but there are dogs barking as late as 3:00a.m. on the patios. They don't have a designated area for non-smokers and therefore you are constantly seeing throughout the property where smokers put out there cigarette butts on the walls of the property, the stinge is so bad from smoke that it goes from one apt to the next, and sometimes the cigarette butts are left on the walkways. It's sad. If management could do away with this problem, there would be no need to get away for a vacation.... you'd have it right here!
Pros: This is one of the best rennovated properties seen in G.G.
Cons: The birds, dogs, smoking on the property is horrible.
