They were suppose to drive me to Newark Airport, but failed to show up. I scheduled an 8am pick up, but the driver was unable to find my house (even though I live 6 miles from their office). I ended up driving to the airport, and nearly missing my flight. When I called to complain, one of the managers (Wes) argued that I should have waited longer for the driver (even though I waited over 30 minutes longer than the scheduled pick up time). Wes (the manager) was very unprofessional!!! A to Z's service can best be described as extremely UNRELIABLE!!! If you need taxi service avoid this company at all COSTS!!!!!
