My dishwasher started making a terrible sound so I called FTL who had been recommended to me by the retailer that sold me the dishwasher. Frank, the owner (and apparent sole employee) came and replaced a part. The wrong part. The dishwasher continued to make the terrible noise. I called to complain. Frank tells me to describe the noise. Lacking Baudelaire-like a talent, I did only an average job of describing the noise and Frank was not able to diagnose the problem based on my description.
