Review content:
When I received my glasses, they fit them and I left happy. Then over the next couple of days I noticed that the right top part of the frame where it met the lens was catching my eye brow hair and actually pulling it out. There was a very small gap between the lens and the frame. So I called to make an appointment to come back in and have them repaired or replaced, they explain it was an easy adjustment so I didn't need to make an appointment. I went in two days later and the lady behind the counter took my glasses and twisted them, compressed them or did what ever she needed to do to make the gap disappear. I tried them out and was pleased with the result. Then a few days later the frame broke, at exactly the same place the gap was at. When I tried to bring them back in to be repaired or replaced I was told that it wasn't their problem, it wasn't covered by warranty. I am on SSDA and now I only get one prescription every two years, so now I am out a pair or prescription glasses for two years thanks to Linsey Eyecare in Port Richey, through absolutely no fault of my own. BEWARE everyone!!! If you are on medicaid you will be screwed by this company.... Just a warning, so don't say you were never warned if you go there...
