Review content:
My BMW's valve cover need to be replaced because it was leaking oil on the manifold and you could smell the burning oil. I took it in to these fools who said they replaced it and charged me an arm and a leg. Well after driving the car for several weeks the burning oil smell started up again. I took the car into Ferman BMW and they said the valve cover gasket would need to be replaced since it was leaking oil. I took the car back to the German Auto repair center and they swore up and down that they had replaced the gasket and said they could not find the oil leak. To make a long story short I had the valve cover gasket replaced again at half the cost of what the German Auto repair center charged and no leaks.
This shop is a joke. When you go there ask if the mechanic who will be repairing your BMW is certified! The only certified mechanic is the owner Ahmet and he will not be the one working on your car, in fact you would be very lucky to see him there at all.
I now take my car to a much more reliable shop to be serviced by a German trained Master Technician with an ASE certification that is just a little further down south on the corner of alt 19 and Columbia Ave.
