Okay...before I get into the food...I have to say the atmosphere of La Tub is cool, but the service has to be the worst that I've ever experienced! I only went for the burger and the experience I had around the burger...SUCKED!! I wanted water so I had to get up and pour the water myself from a old orange Gatorade bucket! I saw the server 3 times...once when I ordered my food (10 minutes after I sat down) and again when I got my food & when they picked up the check. However...I would do it all again to experience the burger! It is about 2lbs of SIRLION (not ground beef) which leaves it cooked perfect in the middle and super moist! The flavor is good but I happen to like big burgers! The bun lives up to the burger as well...it doesnt overlap the burger and its not too thick...I finished the whole thing, but didn't want anything else the rest of the day! If you can endure the horrible service (I think the owner doesn't like the attention) and you are a burger lover...you will LOVE THIS BURGER!! One of the best I've tasted! Worth visiting if your are in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area.
