Review content:
We have been here probably 8 times. Last few times have not been good. The burger was ordered medium and brought very well like a hockey puck. Waitress even said she would send it back. This time the fries were awful- very over done or done twice to re-heat? Not sure. My real problem this time was the birds and the hygiene. They have a serious bird problem. People at the two near by tables were pooped on.Signs everywhere ask you not to feed the birds. When I saw the guy making the raw hamburger balls (for the cook to cook later) outside by the canal I was worried. Sure enough when he turns his back the birds are on the table and bins trying to steal the raw meat. Then I saw him feed the birds the raw hamburger meat on purpose. Threw it to them. When I saw the individual eating his own hamburger and shoving it into his mouth-fingers and all- and then back to making the raw hamburger balls- I did not want to eat my lunch. Don't think the Health Department would like this whole situation. It a shame as we really used to like this place and its location. If they insist on making the raw hamburger balls on the deck on the canal then they should screen the area in to keep the birds out and ask the staff not to eat their lunch while dealing with raw meat and putting their fingers in their mouth. Happy eats. Cheers
