Businiess name:  Le Tub

Review content:
Sadly, the Le Tub that impressed us last year morphed into a terrifying mess. We had lunch there today - glass of wine, burger-medium, fries. Waitress was curt. Menu promised a "9 oz. pour" of wine. It was served in a Dart 9CS cup. which holds 9 oz. only if you fill to overflowing. It was less than overflowing. I guess about 6-7 oz. at best - about 20-30 percent less than advertised. And for a ridiculously high price - $9.\r \r Worse, our burger was seared on the outside but just warm and bright red-raw throughout the inside. Raw blood (not cooking juices) soaked the bun to mush. We sent it back, but the second try was the same. Still raw. Nowhere near medium. Worst of all, they sent back the raw blood-soaked bun. The waitress did not apologize. She said not a word. Just dropped it off, unsmiling, and left without a word.\r \r I'm sad, I've been cheated, and I'm still hungry. French fries were excellent, ambience is great. But I will never, ever, eat at Le Tub again.
