Review content:
This is the WORST condo association in the County. I have lived in this association for over four years now. I own my unit free and clear.For three of those years I have had problems with a RENTER who lives on the other side of the complex I own in. I have had the police come out numerous times. I've sent copies of indicent reports, police reports, pictures of violations, video tapes of violations (including urinating in public areas, public drunkeness, threatening behavior, verbal threats etc...) only to have them tell me there is nothing they can do. Even their attorney, Muriel Westerman claims there's not enough proof to do anything. So I hired my own attorney, two of them in fact. Low and behold!! Within one week of finding out I had an attorney and was not only suing them but the board of directors and evrey person on the association the troublemaker is now being evicted because of painting the sidewalk! I guess it's ok to to start physical altercations with unit owners, damage property, steal items and run around drunk and unruly, but don't paint the sidewalk! Then, after they know the attorneys are breathing down their back I start getting email from the board mebers who previously ignored me, offering a slice of ""peace pie"" and a face to face meeting. The only people they'll meet with are my attorneys. I even had a board member lie to my husbands face about being on the baord, some representative huh? BEWARE, do NOT BUY HERE or RENT HERE. They will not help in any situation. The pool was shut all summer because of health complaints, you can give up on the laundry room and anywhere you walk you'll step in dog poop cause they can't enforce even the simplest rules.
