I was head of the ""find a management company"" committee and we almost didn't consider Condo Management Alternative because of some of the negative reviews, but decided to call their references anyway (our attorney threw their name out in conversation), and, boy, are we glad we did. We've been with them now for over 9 months and have no regrets. We'd been through other local management companies, and even tried self-management, and have never been more comfortable and satisfied. One of the better outcomes is that we have way less complaining unit owners at the meetings! Yea!!
