Who would have known that there is a condominium management company that actually does what they say they will? Not only that, but they do it well. My association has been through way too many management companies over the years, staying with them out of fear(?) of making a change. Our board president heard about this company and so we took another chance, and boy are we all glad that we did. Our meetings went from uncomfortable to almost fun. Our financial reports went from sketchy to accurate and on time. Have you ever seen one of their ""problem sheets""? They detail every call: who, what , where, when... They can answer any question you have about what is going on. We are very glad we made the change. We report things to them and they take care of them practically immediately (how refreshing). After only 6 months, we actually feel good about being board members and like that we can call the management office and get the information we need, when we need it. Actually, I don't know how they do it. It's amazing! This company, it's owners and staff get ""two thumbs up"" from a skeptical board member! Pros: Accurate and detailed service, from ""soup to nuts"" Cons: None, none, none
