Hello. Just thought I would take a moment to give CMA a richly earned rating. They have managed at my association since 1999. I have gone on and off the board during those years, and have always been very pleased with the service received. Their communication is tops, and creates an environment that leads to the least amount of owners dissatisfied because of lack of knowledge (they may still be dissatisfied, but at least they can always find out what is going on {smile}). Nancy and Ron are both very knowledgable and caring people, who take an enormous amount of pride in their business, thereby ensuring your satisfaction. So, if your association is managed by some of the usual suspects in our area, do yourself a favor and make the change to CMA. You won't be sorry (and I won't have written this review for nothing!!). Thanks for your time.
