i used them to rent an apartment. i paid them one months rent only to have a dead beat scam artist in my apartment. this company did not check them out at all. i did my own investigating and found out this tennant has played the same scam on many landlords. i paid them to do a background check and they did nothing. the tennant never sent me the 1st months rent after moving in. i had to do an eviction and start all over. stay away from these crooks for sure.
Pros: landlords worst nightmare
Cons: lies on top of lies
