Hidden ponds is a stepping stone it's a place you settle for while you work on other factors. It is 2011 and it is very accurate that Karla the Manager is extremely Rude and maintenance is a joke. I have referred 3ppl and =everyone of them have been turned off by her presentation. she's nice and bend the rules then two days later she using vulger language on the phone when her staff fail at their duties. she is spiteful and possibly bi-polor. she had made several errors in rent calculations kids are always playing in the parking lot the overturn of tenants is ridiculous ambulanc police are a constant. those are the things you can avoid, my experience with Karla is the sole reason for me blowing this popsicle stand whom ever rates this even one star is probably her under an alias. I have avoided her at all cost any chance I get because I knew I had a goal and she would interfere there are rumors about her and tenants having relations she's never in the office during said hours does not respond to ur correspondence if something lacks on her part. RUN RUN RUN.i HAVE SEEN A UHAUL AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH i have to give it a star just to publish
