St. Louis City Justice Center is a great alternative to the poor service found at the Medium Security Institution (AKA ""The Workhouse"") and really a number one choice for a relaxing stay in the ""Gateway to the Midwest.""
Activities include calling your lawyer's office every 5 minutes via collect (which they do not accept), a sub 2000 calorie a day diet, and sleeping!
Really, when it comes to it, just say yes to drugs or anything other activity that could land you in this midwest resort.
