My relationship with this company began during phase I of my home purchase in August of 2007. On my credit report appeared 3 enforcement camera tickets from DMV in Washington, DC. Since I was in no position to jump through hoops for the staff at DMV I paid the tickets ($500). Imagine the look on my face when my lender sent me a copy of my credit report in December 2007; showing Professional Account Management, LLC reporting 2 unpaid collections. I've read the other reviews and have several ideas how to proceed; they can't continue to ruin our credit!
