They too reported me to the collection agencies without ever contacting me on a ticket from 2003 just last month. The tickets was apparently for ""failing to obtain DC plates"", but I DO NOT and NEVER HAVE lived in DC. I only found out about it from my credit report. This is a ridiculous misuse of their ""power"". They should not be able to put a mark on your credit report without contacting you first.
Pros: A great way to waste time talking with them
Cons: Nothing gets accomplished
